This executive leader and board member, with a distinguished international career in agribusiness and the seed industry, joins a team of experts to contribute to the Alliance's prominence and enhance the effectiveness of its recruitment missions. This appointment strengthens the position of SYNOVIVO & MANAGERIA as a leading* and specialized Executive Search and Recruitment Consultancy firm, with a unique positioning in France and an international reach covering the entire agricultural and food sector.

 

 

Graduated from AgroParisTech, Franck BERGER brings over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, management, business development, and operational deployment in the life sciences sector. He has led strategic transformations of companies in the seed industry, notably within the Limagrain Group, where he served as Deputy CEO. His international leadership experience was enriched by assignments in the United States and Japan. From R&D to market implementation, he has a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics and the global challenges of biotechnology. Franck also has extensive experience in corporate governance across companies of varying sizes and ownership structures, as well as in managing professional organizations. He notably served as President of the Union Française des Semenciers from 2016 to 2019.

As a Senior Consultant within the Executive Cell of the SYNOVIVO & MANAGERIA Alliance, Franck BERGER will work with the SYNOVIVO team to support high-stakes recruitment in key upstream sectors of the value chain: Agriculture, Agricultural Distribution, Agro-Industry, and Biotechnologies.
