The core strategy continues to focus around increasing our portfolio of products through smart IP management.
Sharda needs a skilled Country Manager to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales in crop protection market, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. Function will be national and will need a strong autonomy as every companies needs when it starts on a sales virgin area.
- Full management of business, marketing, logistics & administration operations
- Plan, direct and coordinate for business activities of the territory.
- Transmission of invoices of sales after sales and support for the collection of overdue invoices and continuous coordination with Sharda India Head office.
- Provide Technical and Logistic support to the customers within the territory.
- Collaborate with head-office and production teams to ensure contracted product
- Follow-up quality and logistic claim to ensure customer’s satisfaction
- Achieve objectives of sales KPI: turnover, margin, pricing policy within your business area.
- Manage business development building long-term trusting relationships with clients to secure turnover and develop network of decision makers
- Report weekly to your manager, track performance and report metrics
- Be proactive to develop the brand, the range and the spirit of the company
- Establish a benchmark to be aware of market evolution and trends to stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Education : Master in Life Science and/or Business
Skills : English (Fluent), Proactive & Pragmatic, Crop Protection experienced
